In terms of Sections 21 and 42 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, and Sections 21 and 23 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003, Emthanjeni Local Municipality herewith invites all residents and stakeholders to the Draft Integrated Development Plan (IDP) 2022/27 Review 2 and Draft Budget 2024/27 Public Input meetings which have been scheduled from 07 tilll 28 November 2023.
