Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21(A) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (Act No. 32 of 2000), read together with Section 127(5)(a)(i) and (ii) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (Act No. 56 of 2003), that the Council of Emthanjeni Local Municipality tabled the Draft Annual Report for the 2024/2025 financial year and the Section 72 Report: Midyear Budget & Performance Assessment Report for 2025/2026 during a Special Council meeting held on 28 January 2026.
