NOTICE /KENNISGEWING: NO. 17/2023 BILLING SYSTEM MIGRATION We hereby inform the public that the Municipality is migrating to a new debtors billing system in accordance with the National Treasury System Requirements. To ensure that our billing system is streamlined, we hereby request that consumers visit their local Municipal Office (De Aar, Hanover or Britstown) to update their contact details, including phone numbers and email addresses. This will assist the Municipality with addressing all concerns, queries and system errors as quickly and appropriately as possible. We kindly request your patience as we address these matters. We acknowledge the frustration experienced by some of our community members regarding their Municipal accounts. We would like to reassure the community of Emthanjeni that we are working extremely hard to ensure a smooth transition. MIGRASIE VAN REKENINGSTELSEL Hiermee stel ons die publiek in kennis dat die Munisipaliteit migreer na ‘n nuwe debiteurerekeningstelsel in ooreenstemming met die Stelsel Vereistes van die Nasionale Tesourier. Om te verseker dat ons rekeningstelsel vaartbelyn is, versoek ons hiermee dat verbruikers hul plaaslike Munisipale Kantoor (De Aar, Britstown of Hanover) besoek om hul kontakbesonderhede, insluitend telefoonnommers en e-posadresse, op te dateer. Dit sal die Munisipaliteit help om alle bekommernisse, navrae en stelselfoute so vinnig en toepaslik as moontlik aan te spreek. Ons vra asseblief vir u geduld terwyl ons hierdie kwessies aanspreek. Ons erken die frustrasie wat sommige van ons gemeenskapslede rakende hul Munisipale rekeninge ervaar.
